ladybug party

Thought I would share with you a ladybug party I created for Hannah...many moons ago!
This was for her 2nd birthday. I can't believe my baby girl is turing six in March!
I must have felt crafty back then... as I made the drinking cups look like ladybugs and also made ladybug headbands for each child to wear.

Everyone came in dressed in red. Very cute!

cupcake toppers

The floods in Brisbane have brought stories of heroism and heartache and lots of tears on several occassions. The creek behind us was swollen and fast flowing, but thankfully never reach our back fence. I am so lucky that my family and friends are safe and I hope the same for your loved ones.

Onto a cheerful note...
I am in the middle of designing some delight cupcake toppers to match my range of invitations. Here is a sneak preview of the the girls mini-masterchef design (there is also a boys them as well). These will be launching in February and I have already had several wholesale stockist orders..whoohooo!

Be safe this storm season xx

christening cupcake topper and matching banner

Here is a cupcake topper and banner I designed for a friends christening of her beautiful girl Lucy who had to overcome an amazing heart operation when she was a couple of days old. It was a very special and precious day!

gone batty for halloween!

Thought I would inspire you with some Halloween themes this week.
Here are some fabulous lanterns from the legendary Martha Stewart.
I do like the lolly bags with the bat tags too! simple yet effective.

DIY mobiles

Found this gorgeous party decoration idea from project weddings. What a great idea for your next party instead of balloons.
Under the sea or mermaid parties could look great with different tones of blue and green hanging from the ceiling with maybe some paper fish attached. Fabulous!

Send me some pics if anyone is keen to try it for your next party. Would love to see them!
